Installation guide

Air suspension installation instructions

Follow these instructions carefully and verify vehicle fitment before beginning installation.

Before you begin

  1. Park the vehicle on a level surface, apply the parking brake and support it securely.
  2. Confirm all components, tools and vehicle-specific fittings are present.
  3. Read the supplied component instructions before removing any factory parts.

Installation

  1. Remove the original components according to the vehicle service procedure.
  2. Install the air suspension components without twisting or sharply bending air lines.
  3. Check that all fittings are secure and clear of moving, hot or sharp surfaces.
  4. Inflate the system gradually and inspect every connection for leaks.

Final checks

  • Verify ride height, clearance and alignment before driving.
  • Recheck fasteners and air pressure after the first short test drive.

Installation should be completed by a suitably qualified technician. Never work beneath a vehicle supported only by a jack. If fitment or system operation is uncertain, stop and contact a qualified installer.
