Terms & Conditions

 

Please contact us via the contact form below with your warranty queries, and to obtain a Warranty Authorisation Code. All warranty returns without an authorisation code will not be accepted.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranty terms are from the original date of purchase against all manufacturing defects, excluding damage caused by abuse or by unauthorised third parties.

  • Bellow - 5 year

  • Brackets - 2 year

  • Fittings - 1 year

  • Alloy/Stainless Air Tanks - 1 year

  • Compressor - 1 year* (*Compressor warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect wiring.)

What Does the Warranty Cover?

  • Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers;

  • Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described in authorised advertising or literature.

  • We will either repair or replace the part at fault at our discretion providing that the fault is found to have been caused by a design or manufacturing defect and not misuse or tampering.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure. You are also to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits provided to you as the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

The Warranty DOES NOT Cover?

  • Any damage resulting from improper use.

  • Faulty installation and/or modification made during installation.

  • The cost of removing and reinstalling the product.

  • Travel and/or other expenses due to customer's remote location.

  • Transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick up your product including any costs associated with the postage of your repair or replacement product. If you freight your product, we recommend that you insure against loss or damage.

  • Any loss directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate.

  • Damage caused by accidents, fair wear and tear. 

 

Please Note:- All items must be returned first to be assessed to determine if manufacturing fault, once product has been tested, and if  deemed warranty fault, a replacement part will be sent out with standard post plus tracking. Please note only the faulty part will be replaced, not the entire kit. If customer would like Express Post options, it is at their cost.

If you are unable to return your warranty part before assessment, the customer will be charged for the replacement parts, also customer will need to send a clear video of the issue, so a replacement can be arranged. But note part must still be returned to receive refund for all warranty replacements.
