Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee applies

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval

Incorrectly Ordered Items
If an incorrect item has been ordered, we are happy to arrange an exchange for the correct product; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.

Manufacturing Defects & ACL Remedies
If a product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the failure is minor, we will repair or replace the defective component only, at our discretion

The entire product or kit will not be replaced unless required under ACL

A reply-paid return label will be provided for the defective item

Replacement parts will be dispatched the same business day once the returned item has been received and assessed.
Exclusions
This policy does not apply to:

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or neglect

Normal wear and tear
-
Products returned outside the stated timeframes
