Thor Airbag Suspension Kits
Thor Air Bellows are tested to ADR standards. Thor Air Bellows are rated to 2.2 tonnes which is well in excess of that required by manufacturers & Governing authorities. They do not however increase your GVM. So please adhere to vehicle manufacturers specifications.

Detailed Product Information
Australian Made Heavy Duty Engineered Brackets

These brackets are Laser Cut, from 5mm Australian Steel, not stamped, each bracket is Mig welded and are either zinc plated in a silver finish to ensure long lasting rust protection or black powder coating for superior durability.

Our brackets have been tested by a Government Accredited Certifier to 51kn, that's just over 5.11 tonne!

Quality Australian Made Airlines and fittings
• Our airline is made in Australia and fittings supplied from Australian Owned Companies to help keep the dollar in Australia and support local business
Superior Quality Double Convolute Rubber Bellows
• These are imported / not manufactured in Australia, (as we don't have the technology available here). Each airspring takes approximately 8 hours to make, each of the 5 layers are hand rolled with the support strings layered out between each layer, each layer is heat treated to ensure adherence between each layer, then the final product once all 5 layers and pressed, gets put into the vulcanizer where it is heated to 1000 degrees, once cured and cooled the aluminium flange rings are installed then all bellows are pressure tested for leaks before shipping.
These double convoluted bellows feature heavy duty 5mm thick corded/ribbed rubber similar to the sidewall of a car or 4WD tyre, which have a travel rate of 5.5 inches.

This gives a better ride than sleeve bags by having more flex and travel.

Our bellows have been tested by an accredited Government Certifier, and have been tested to 464psi without bursting.
